When to call

Burst pipes, sewer backups, major leaks, no water pressure and flooding are emergencies: anything that puts your home or your health at risk right now. When in doubt, call. We would rather help you assess it than have you deal with damage that could have been prevented.

Before we get there

If a pipe bursts

  1. Shut off the main water valve to stop the damage.
  2. For a burst pipe or a major leak, turn off the water heater too.
  3. Move valuables out of the way if you can.
  4. Leave the repair to us. Anything past the shutoffs can make it worse. Then call.

If the pipes freeze

  1. Don’t use an open flame to thaw them. It is a fire hazard.
  2. Shut off the main water valve in case a pipe has cracked.
  3. Call us. We thaw frozen pipes safely with professional equipment and check for breaks the freeze left behind.

If you smell gas or see fire, leave the house and call 911 first. Then call us.

What to expect

We explain the issue, lay out the options and give you the price before any work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises. Estimates are free.

Payment is due when the job is done: all major credit cards, checks and cash. We stand behind every job with warranties on labor and parts.

Zach was great, knowledgeable and friendly. He got the job done and we love the new frost free spigot he installed for us.

Zack came out on time and did a wonderful job. Everything looks neat and clean. We’re very satisfied. He replaced a faucet for us sink baskets and all the kitchen sink drain connections under the sink. He also repaired our shower.

We had an issue (of course it was on the weekend) that left us without water in our house. Called these folks late on a Saturday and they came after church the next day. The tech was friendly and did the work needed. We are extremely happy with the repair and will use them in the future if/when we have issues.
