When to call
- Your heat stops working. Call right away, day or night. In winter, emergency heating is our top priority.
- Before the heating season. We recommend servicing your furnace every year, usually in the fall, so a breakdown doesn’t find you in a cold snap.
- When a cabin needs its seasonal prep, opening up or closing down.
- When the system is old, needs repair after repair, or costs too much to run.
What to expect
A pre-winter visit means we check your furnace thoroughly, clean its components, test its efficiency and tell you what would keep you warm all season.
We explain the issue, lay out the options and give you the price before any work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises. Estimates are free.
Payment is due when the job is done: all major credit cards, checks and cash. We stand behind every job with warranties on labor and parts.

What heating systems do you service?
All the major ones: furnaces, boilers, heat pumps and water heaters. We install, maintain and repair them.
How often should my furnace be serviced?
Once a year, before the heating season. That is usually the fall, and it is the best protection against a winter breakdown.
Do you offer emergency heating service?
Yes, 24/7. When your furnace fails in the middle of a cold snap, call (218) 297-8257 and we will prioritize your call.
Do you work on cabins and seasonal homes?
Absolutely. We have a lot of experience with northern Minnesota cabins, seasonal homes and properties with unusual plumbing and heating systems. Tell us about yours.
Do you charge for the first visit to look at a job?
No. Consultations are free: we assess what you need and give you an accurate estimate before any work begins.
